Booking confirmation
A proposed itinerary is not a confirmed reservation. Ask for written confirmation of the services, availability, inclusions and exclusions before your agency commits to the programme.
Payment schedule
The deposit, balance deadlines, payment currency and applicable charges are specified in the quotation or booking agreement. There is no universal deposit percentage published on this page.
Payment instructions
Use only payment instructions confirmed directly by Da’Shin for your booking. Independently verify any request to change bank details using the existing published contact number.
Cancellations and changes
Request the applicable cancellation, amendment, no-show and unused-service conditions before confirmation. Supplier and programme conditions can differ; this page does not promise a fixed refund entitlement.
Supplier conditions and disruptions
Weather, transport restrictions and supplier circumstances can affect the programme. The relevant booking agreement defines responsibilities and the process for discussing changes or alternatives.
