B2B Japan destination management
Japan planning connects hotels, rail journeys, coaches, sightseeing and meals within one operational brief. Da’Shin coordinates ground handling for the travel trade, not consumer packages. We identify services needing supplier confirmation before your agency commits to its clients.
Who Da’Shin works with
We work exclusively with travel agents, tour operators, group organisers and travel partners. Your team remains the customer’s commercial contact. Share the service scope and communication arrangements you prefer so responsibilities are clear between your agency, our team and suppliers.
FIT and customised travel
FIT planning starts with travellers’ interests, room preferences, pace, luggage and mobility considerations. We coordinate hotels, guides, transport and attractions around the agreed itinerary. A couple using rail needs a different plan from a family using private transfers; realistic transfer buffers matter for both.
Group and fixed-departure operations
Passenger numbers affect coach size, rooming and restaurant capacity. Send dates, estimated headcounts and routing together. We review ground arrangements for agency-led departures; requests do not mean inventory is held. Release dates, inclusions and changes in group size need written confirmation.
Student and educational groups
Educational programmes should connect the learning objective with a manageable daily schedule. Share the age range, accompanying adults, subject interests and institutional requirements. Museums, cultural activities and city visits can form part of the itinerary, while school or institutional visits require specific acceptance from the host. Rooming, meal breaks, supervision responsibilities and transport meeting points need agreement before travel. We coordinate ground services; the organising institution remains responsible for its safeguarding and supervision policies.
MICE and incentive handling
MICE and incentive groups need a brief that includes both event requirements and guest experience. Meeting dates, delegate numbers, room categories, venue needs and arrival patterns influence the whole itinerary. We support the ground programme through accommodation, transfers, sightseeing and operational coordination. Any meeting facilities, technical equipment, branding permissions or special functions should be requested explicitly and confirmed with the relevant supplier. Incentive itineraries should also allow time for rest, informal networking and realistic movements between venues.
Hotels, transport, guides and tickets
Hotel category alone does not describe a stay: location, room configuration and access to the day’s activities are important. Transport planning may combine private coaches, airport transfers, bullet trains and other domestic connections. English- and Hindi-speaking guides can be requested, subject to availability on the chosen dates. Attraction tickets may have timed-entry or booking conditions. We clarify the requested services and flag items that remain subject to confirmation rather than treating an indicative itinerary as a confirmed reservation.
Indian, Jain and Maharaj meal arrangements
Dietary planning needs more detail than a vegetarian label. Let us know how many guests need Indian or Jain meals, the ingredients they avoid, meal timings and any allergies. Maharaj arrangements may be considered for qualifying groups after reviewing the routing, kitchen permissions and practical requirements. No menu, separate kitchen or allergen-free environment should be assumed without supplier confirmation. Early dietary information helps align restaurant stops with the sightseeing schedule and reduces avoidable changes once the programme is underway.
Japan operational support
Ground support connects the written itinerary with day-to-day travel. Arrival information, meeting points, transfer details, guide instructions and luggage arrangements need to be shared accurately. Luggage transfers can be requested where practical, with delivery timing and baggage conditions confirmed separately. If weather, transport or supplier circumstances affect an activity, the team can coordinate available alternatives with your agency. The operating scope and contact arrangements are agreed for the booking; there is no universal promise of uninterrupted services or fixed emergency response times.
Why travel agents partner with Da’Shin
Our role is to support your agency’s Japan programme, not compete for its direct customers. The Raipur headquarters provides an India contact point, while the Shin-Yokohama service desk supports Japan coordination. We focus on a clear brief, practical routing and documented service requirements. Japan is a primary destination alongside South Korea and Vietnam. Philippines and Kazakhstan programmes are coordinated through licensed local partners. Each proposal should make the destination, supplier scope and any pending arrangements clear.
How to request a B2B quotation
Use the enquiry form with your contact name, agency, work email, phone or WhatsApp, city and country. Include travel dates, passenger count, travel type, arrival and departure points, hotel preferences and required services. Add meal requirements and any accessibility considerations at the outset. If dates or numbers are tentative, say so. We review the brief and discuss missing details before finalising an offer. Rates, availability, payment terms and cancellation conditions are confirmed in writing for the specific booking.
