Dameshwar Das is the founder of Da’Shin Travel Solution Pvt. Ltd. His 15+ years of DMC experience inform a business focused on ground services for travel agents, tour operators and group organisers.
Japan, South Korea and Vietnam are our main destinations. Our role is to support your agency’s programme, not compete for its customers.

Destination management brings together itinerary design, hotels, transport, guides, tickets, meals and operational coordination. The traveller’s experience depends on how those details fit together, not just on the number of attractions in a programme.
Da’Shin works from the travel partner’s brief. Dates, passenger profile, required services and practical limitations are discussed before services are confirmed. Our India headquarters is in Raipur, with service desks in Yokohama, Seoul and Hanoi.
For Japan, this includes FIT, group, student, MICE and incentive programmes, alongside Indian and Jain meal requests and Maharaj arrangements for qualifying groups.
