Clarity for our
B2B partners.

A well-defined programme starts with clear responsibilities and realistic expectations. This page explains how we approach ground-service planning; the written agreement for each booking defines the actual services and conditions.

From planning to ground operations

A clear agency brief

Dates, passenger count, itinerary priorities and required services are discussed before a programme is finalised.

A B2B relationship

Da’Shin works with travel agents, tour operators, group organisers and travel partners rather than selling directly to their clients.

Written service confirmation

A proposed itinerary is not a confirmed reservation. Inclusions, supplier availability and booking conditions are recorded for the specific programme.

Practical meal planning

Indian, Jain and qualifying Maharaj requests are reviewed against the route, exact requirements and supplier capabilities.

Ground coordination

Hotels, transport, guides, tickets and luggage arrangements are coordinated within the agreed operating scope.

Booking-specific communication

The agency and our team agree how programme information, changes and operational queries will be communicated.

Conditions are specific to your booking.

Supplier availability, changes, cancellation terms and operational contacts must be confirmed for the actual programme. This page does not create a blanket response-time guarantee, automatic compensation promise or assurance that travel disruptions cannot occur.
