When you send a B2B enquiry, the form may collect your name, agency name, work email, telephone or WhatsApp number, city, country, travel dates, passenger count, requested destination, requested services and the additional information you provide. Please do not submit passport copies, payment-card information or sensitive medical documents through the first enquiry form.

How the information is used

The information is used to review the travel brief, communicate with the requesting agency, assess operational feasibility and prepare or discuss a proposal. Relevant details may need to be shared with destination suppliers when necessary to obtain availability or pricing; sensitive traveller information should only be provided through an agreed secure process when required for a confirmed service.

Website analytics and consent

If analytics is enabled, non-essential analytics storage is denied until the visitor accepts the website’s analytics notice. Accepted analytics may record pages viewed, approximate location, device information and interactions such as enquiry, WhatsApp, email and telephone clicks. Visitors can reject optional analytics.

Form delivery provider

The website uses a third-party form delivery service to transmit enquiries to the Da’Shin team. Do not include confidential traveller documents in the first enquiry.
